Whether it's getting people to participate in an event or just visiting Fox Valley Church for the first time, communication can help us reach our goals. Our Communication Policy is here to help people take their next step with Fox Valley Church and, ultimately, their next step toward Jesus.

Ministry Events and Promotions

If you have a Fox Valley Church event that needs to be promoted to the congregation and community, please fill out a Communication Request Form so that we can promote it according to the proper channels. Please be sure to review the Communication Policy (above) prior to submission.

The form must be received by the Communications Department at least 5 weeks prior to the event.

Private Events

If you are interested in or have any questions about reserving a room for a private event, such as a baby shower or anniversary gathering, please fill out the Building Request form below and submit it to the church office at info@foxvalleychurch.org.

In order to book a room for an event, a Building Request Form must be completed and returned to the office at least 14 working days prior to the event.
